  • For change in PAN data / new PAN card, please download the Application form by clicking on the PAN CORRECTION – APPLY NOW button below.
  • Enter the particulars in the form online & complete it.
  • Print the completed form.
  • Sign on the printed form.
  • Obtain the list of supporting documents that you need to submit along with your application on page 3 of the form (for new PAN applicants) or on page 2 of the form (for PAN Correction applicants).
  • Get these documents organized.
  • Send the signed application form along with the required supporting documents to us by courier or in person for onward processing.
